Our international team is lead by Executive Chef Petr Jakubíček and Restaurant Manager, Michael Hogg. During his rich career, Petr worked in many restaurants abroad and in the Czech Republic. He spent the last 12 years mainly in Great Britain, where he held senior roles in restaurants preparing ``fine dining`` experiences for their customers. Thanks to Peter's many years of experience, our team will take you to different culinary corners of the world and you will enjoy modern style Czech dishes, fresh fish, but also Italian & other specialties. Michael, who leads our restaurant service team, is originally from Vancouver, Canada. He brings many years of hospitality experience and focuses on customer satisfaction.
